fa بررسی تاثیر اجرای برنامه مراقبت جامع بر رضایتمندی بیماران دچار تروما در اورژانس Effects of comprehensive-care program on patients’ satisfaction with trauma in emergency department اعتباربخشي نظام آموزشي Educational system accreditation پژوهشي Research خلاصههدف. هدف مطالعه حاضر تعیین تاثیر اجرای برنامه مراقبت جامع بر رضایتمندی بیماران دچار تروما بود.زمینه. بررسی رضایتمندی بیماران یکی از مهمترین شاخص های اندازه گیری کیفیت مراقبت می باشد. سطح رضایتمندی بیمار از خدمات پرستاری رو به کاهش است که می تواند به علت افزایش آگاهی بیماران نسبت به حقوق و مراقبت های سلامت باشد که منجر به افزایش انتظارات بیماران از سرویس های فراهم کننده مراقبت می شود. یکی از روش های افزایش رضایتمندی بیماران، اجرای برنامه مراقبت جامع است.روش کار. این مطالعه از نوع کارآزمایی بالینی غیر تصادفی می باشد که در اورژانس بیمارستان شهید محمد منتظری نجف آباد شهر اصفهان بر روی 104 بیمار دچار تروما مراجعه کننده به اورژانس انجام شده است. گروه آزمون از لحظه ورود به بخش اورژانس تا ترخیص، برنامه مراقبت جامع را دریافت کرد و گروه کنترل مراقبت های معمول پرستاری را دریافت کرد. بعد از اجرای برنامه مراقبت جامع و در پایان اقامت بیماران، رضایتمندی بیماران دو گروه کنترل و آزمون با نسخه تعدیل شده پرسشنامه رضایتمندی اندازه گیری شد. تحلیل داده ها توسط نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 22 با آزمون های آماری توصیفی و آزمون استنباطی (تی مستقل، تی زوجی و کای دو) انجام شد.یافته ها. میانگین نمره رضایتمندی کلی بیماران بعد از مداخله، در گروه کنترل، 32/01 (نسبتا مطلوب) و در گروه آزمون، 45/6 (مطلوب) بود. بین میانگین نمره رضایتمندی در دو گروه بعد از مداخله اختلاف آماری معنا داری وجود داشت (0/001p<).نتیجه گیری. اجرای برنامه مراقبت جامع باعث بهبود میزان رضایتمندی بیماران شده است. بنابراین به مدیران و پرسنل بیمارستان و مراکز آموزشی مراقبت سلامت پیشنهاد می شود برنامه مراقبت جامع را در بیمارستان یا مراکز آموزشی خود به کار ببرند. AbstractAim. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of comprehensive-care program on patient satisfaction in patients with minor and moderate trauma (accident, fall and other types of trauma) in emergency department.Background. Assessment of patient satisfaction is one of the most important indicators of measuring quality of care. Patient satisfaction of nursing services is declining it can be caused by increased awareness of patients about their rights and health care services which leads to an increase in patient expectations of health care services. Comprehensive care program is one of the ways to increase patient satisfaction.Method. This clinical trial study was conducted with 104 patients, 52 in each control and experimental groups. The experimental group received comprehensive-care program from the moment of entering emergency department to the discharge of emergency department and the control group received the usual nursing care. After implementing comprehensive-care program and at the end of the patient stay, the patient satisfaction in two groups was measured using a modified form of satisfaction questionnaire. The data analysis was done by SPSS software, version 22 using descriptive and inferential statistics.Findings. The mean score of the total satisfaction was 32.02 (relatively appropriate) and 45.6 (appropriate) after intervention in control and experimental groups, respectively. There was a statistical significant difference between the mean score of total satisfaction of the groups after intervention (p<0.001).Conclusion. Implementing comprehensive-care program increases the rate of the patient satisfaction.
